Practicing music is almost doing yoga (pranayam) every day, as every one knows these days practicing yoga means how much good to your body & mind. Naturally, it would help you to live long. This music makes you stress free, in the sense, it is helpful for physical and mental helth.Listening to this music has great calming effect. It is always good to start your day with this kind of music. Indian classical music is age old technique part of Veda with musical combinations of different notes goes with nature’s cycle, fallows seasons as well as time of the day and night it has seasonal, morning,evening,after noon,mid night ragas.
